The IRCON InfraRail is a non-contact temperature
measuring system. It measures temperature indi -
rectly by measuring infrared energy radiated by the
object of interest. The intensity or brightness
of this radiation varies with the temperature of the
object and is therefore an ef fective means of tem-
perature measurement.
